How to clear your cache or do a hard refresh

Clearing your cache

If you are using Chrome as your browser:

• Open Chrome.
• At the top-right, click the three dots
• Click "More tools", then click "Clear browsing data"
• At the top, choose a time range. To “delete everything”, select "All time”
• Select the “Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" checkboxes
• Click Clear data
  
  

If you are using Edge as your browser:

• Open Microsoft Edge.
• Select Menu (3 dots icon on the top right corner of the browser), select “Settings” then select “Privacy & services”
• Under “Clear browsing data”, select and choose what to clear
• Select the "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" checkboxes
• Clear “Clear” 
  
  

If you are using Safari as your browser:

• Open Safari
• Click on the drop-down menu
• Select Preferences
• Click the Advanced Tab
• Select the “Show Develop Menu in Menu Bar” checkbox
• Close Preferences
• Select “Develop” drop-down menu
• Click Empty Caches
