How to Download Your CPD Certificate

Here is a step-by-step guide to download your CPD certificates from the Mygrow website. These instructions are specifically designed for members of professional boards who need to earn CPD points.

• 1. • Log in to your Mygrow account using your registered email address and password.
     • Once logged in, locate the left-hand side-bar labeled "EQ Fundamentals".
       
       
  2. Select the Relevant Module(s):
     • Click on the module for which you require a CPD certificate.
     • If certificates are needed for multiple modules, repeat this process for each module.
       
       
  3. Locate the Certificate Option:
     • At the bottom left of your module image, look for the option "Get Your Certificate Here" and click on it.
       
       
  4. Access the Certificate Page:
     • On the certificate page, scroll to the bottom right to find the section labeled "Your Certificate."
     • Click the link "GET A CPD/CEU CERTIFICATE." 
       
       
  5. Complete the Drop-Down Form:
     • A drop-down form will appear. Fill in all required fields with accurate information.
       
       
  6. Submit the Form:
     • After completing the form, click "Submit."
  7. Receive Your Certificate:
     • The certificate will be sent to the email address registered on your Mygrow account.
     • Check all mail folders, including spam/junk, to ensure you receive the certificate.
