Resetting Your Password (With Account Access)
Changing Your Password for Another Device
If you've forgotten your password and requested a reset, but were taken directly to your account where you still have access, follow these steps to change your password so you can log in on another device.
1. Ensure that you're Logged Out from All Devices:
- Access your Mygrow profile on either of the following devices:
- Mobile Device
- Laptop or Desktop Computer
- Tablet or iPad - Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select "Logout" from the dropdown menu.
2. Go to the Login Page:
- Click the "Forgot password" link.
2. Enter Your Email Address:
- Provide the email linked to your Mygrow subscription.
- Select the 'Reset Password' button to proceed.
3. Check Your Email:
- Look for an email from "Mygrow" titled "Password Reset."
- Check all folders, including junk and spam.
4. Follow the Reset Link:
- Click the hyperlinked text in the email.
5. Reset Your Password:
- Submit a new password and confirm the new password on the Mygrow page.
6. Log In:
- Select "Return to Login" and log in with your new password.
