Video not playing
Is your video buffering or failing to play?
Try restarting your web browser and clearing your browser’s cache as follows:
Chrome — clear browsing data or history — show full history — clear browsing data.
Safari — preferences - privacy — remove all browsing data
Firefox — history — clear recent history
If your video is failing to play or consistently stuck buffering/loading, ensure you’re using the most up-to-date version of your browser or OS.
You can also check your Internet connection speed, it might not be fast enough to support media playback reliably. You can reduce the quality of the video by clicking the little wheel at the bottom right corner of your video. The quality is sometimes set at 720p but if you click on quality and then click 224p, that will help with the buffering.
