The video sound not working

Playing the video but can't hear the sound?

Hover your mouse/cursor over the video then click on the sound icon in the blue bar at the bottom of the video. Ensure this is not set to mute or the lowest sound option.

Also check your device sound.

Usually located on the bottom right of your screen (Windows) or top right (Mac).

 

Device-sound

Mute or low settings on your device could prevent sound even if the video is not the issue.
